human being with an independent will.

SUPPORTING MOTHERS
Women in India are traditionally trained only to look after the house and children, so in times of crisis, they are ill equipped to tackle problems and support themselves and their families with dignity.
Destitute women facing financial hardship are identified and trained in various vocations or supported to set up their own small scale businesses so that they can earn a living.

We do not give any grants of cash, rather, we try to provide the beneficiaries with the means to attain a sustainable livelihood.

SUPPORTING DAUGHTERS
In India, daughters tend to get overlooked in favour of sons if the income of the family cannot support good quality education for all children.

Parents get their daughters enrolled in Govt. schools
with poor facilities and indifferent teachers.

We identify deserving girls from such schools and
transfer them to good, reputed, private schools so that they also get quality education which actually equips them for a financially independent future rather than just make them barely literate and condemned to a life dependent on their husbands.
